Hehe... Yes... I remember the rodent site well. The main problem with site's like this is that they are fairly easy to block. Anonymouse.org uses eight (if I remember right) unique IPs so blocking them is a simple method of preventing browsing through that service. For a demonstration try this link.

If you really want to be sneaky then TOR might be the way to go. By default it's not the most user friendly application but you can find dumbed-down implementations in the XeroBank Browser and OperaTor. TOR isn't perfect and can still be blocked and compromised, but it's much harder.
