It was awful after a long trip, a long wait in a queue to clear emigration and customs... and then to go see that one of your bags is missing!!! Then I walked over the British Airways baggage reclaim at JFK, there was a long queue but I thought that must be for something else cos it cant be the case that soo many people lost their luggage! BUT then I realized they were waiting to claim their luggage!!! My god! there were close to 60 people in that long queue, so we joined it, waited waited waited to find out one guy coming out with a list of names of people who lost luggage which British Airways CANT TRACK!! They basically dont know where the luggage is! My name was also there!! Luckily it was my casual cloths, all my formal where and other stuff was in another bag which I had BUT my friend lost the bag with all his formal wear...
Clearly BA has a problem to loose luggage of soo many people! Its just crazy! This has not happened to me before, well I have just traveled abroad twice before... but clearly something was wrong... some eastern european was asking one BA official "So when can I get my luggage?" he just so loudly and rudely said "I dont know, dont ask me, I can only say if it is here or not"... well in a way what the man says is right, but he doesnt have to be mad about the fact that people ask that question! Its a question anyone would ask!
So have to do some shopping tomorrow... buy cloths AND buy a camera!! Waiting to get my hands on a 12x optical zoom!

he he, fly virgin like me. and always confirm that they load it to your connecting flight. unless of course, they 'lose it on the way'. like russell peters says, how the heck can you lose luggage *on the way*?
